As a top-selling residential agent for the Norton Agency, Craig Shoemaker came to us to create a brand for Shoemaker Real Estate that lived up to the values and personal approach he brings to every buyer or seller. The primary icon of this brand is a take on a compass. Since it was first created thousands of years ago, the compass has been a symbol of safety and protection because it guides you home and prevents you from getting lost. It is practical and functional, but also has become a symbol with profound meaning. This mirrors the home buying and selling process – one that is practical, but extremely emotional. Being that the Shoemakers are a sailing family, it was the perfect symbol to integrate into their brand. From the visuals to the brand voice, this theme was applied consistently across touchpoints, to create a cohesive and professional brand experience for their clients.
